A sword that has double edges.

We like to use this analogy within fitness because we feel it can be like a double-edged sword.

On one side, it can be a great tool to enhance your mind, body, and health.

On the other side, it can be frustrating, overwhelming, stressful, and turn into a vicious cycle.

We remember when we first started our fitness journey over a decade ago, there were so many fads and myths, people telling you to “do this” and “not that,” and very few people were using the scientific literature to back up their ridiculous claims.

It wasn’t until we started creating what we call “Golden Rituals within Fitness.”

Golden rituals are like non-negotiables in life.
