I thought I was an awesome fitness coach (personal trainer and online fitness coach) and I even had the nerve to think I was a savvy businessman…My dear lawd!

3 weeks ago, on my Birthday, I got the most valuable piece of advice I’ve gotten in a long time.
I had the honor to sit down with Grant Cardone and he said this to me:
“Be a Killer When it Comes to Closing Deals & Accomplishing your Goals in Life”
He went on to explain that too many people “just start things” but never awaken the KILLER INSTINCT inside of them and “finish the deal.”
I agree 100% because its easy to start things, but it’s a whole other animal to finish what you started.
I’ve asked 100’s of guests on our podcast this question “How do you get into your killer instinct mode?”
Because I want to know what makes them tick and get in that savage mode…like Michael Jordan did in the 4th quarter…like Tom Brady does with 2 minutes left.
