I kid you not, I said F$*K my health and fitness and almost gave up on it.
Back in 2013, when Chris and I competed in a bodybuilding show, we lost close to 50 pounds each, and post show, our hormones tanked, energy was down, confidence was low, and I wanted to quit on my health and fitness journey.
I thought to myself when I hit rock bottom in my fitness journey, is this all really worth it?
Luckily, I hired Eric Helms of 3DMJ, and he taught me the REF concept within exercise and nutrition.
REF means…Realistic, Enjoyable, and Flexible.
