One of our big pet peeves are these 3 words…”I’m Too Busy.”

Being “Too Busy” = Out of Control and here’s why:

When you are “Too Busy” it simply means you aren’t in control of your time. You have no systems and rules in place. Lack of time is a lack of priorities. If you are “Too Busy,” it’s because you made a choice to put yourself in that position.

One HUGE “I’m Too Busy” excuse we here is “I’m too busy to not workout” or “I’m too busy to eat healthy.”

We are literally about to yank off our caterpillar brows as we type this because it upsets us so much.

A lot of people will say they’re too busy to put their health first, which always leads to a down word spiral in your overall day to day happiness and lifestyle of not being fulfilled.

We had the pleasure of talking to these awesome ladies, Emily Frisella and Mindy Musselman, about the importance of putting your health first to enhance your overall lifestyle.

Mindy and Emily have a ton of knowledge when it comes to health, fitness, and finding balance in your lifestyle.

What’s cool is they don’t just preach, they actually walk the walk every single day

Here’s what you will learn in our NEW Podcast Episode with Emily and Mindy:

  • How growing up on farms and being around food and crops developed into their passions to helping others with health and fitness
  • The importance of having balance within nutrition and lifestyle and some of their key habits on how to do this
  • Why it’s so important to check your ego in business because it could really bring you down
  • How Emily and Mindy balance out their professions, their podcast, family, and more

Make sure to listen to our NEW Podcast Episode to learn the importance of how putting your health first can enhance your overall lifestyle with Emily and Mindy.

Let us know if this sounds familiar…

We tend to hear a lot of statements around content creation and strategy, such as:

“It’s all about putting out the most content you possibly can”

Or

“If you don’t put out content daily then your business will tank”

We 100% agree that content creation and strategy is very important, but we feel that a lot of people overdo it.

That’s why we had a conversation with the content king, Ian Cleary, so he can answer some questions, and really give you an interesting perspective on content creation and strategy.

Here’s what you will learn in our NEW Podcast Episode with Ian:

  • How to make your content valuable, better, high quality, and stand out more
  • The importance of building relationships to speak, be featured in major publications and why you should start building relationships with influencers
  • Why he left his day job and him and his wife made a lifestyle decision to downgrade on house size and sell cars to be with family more
  • Why re-purposing old content is just as important, if not more important than constantly creating new content

Make sure to listen to our NEW Podcast Episode to learn how to make your content stand out more with Ian Cleary and see the full show notes here https://dynamicduotraining.com/podcast/episode-103-how-to-create-valuable-content-that-stands-out-with-ian-cleary/

Let’s face it, we all have gone through some shit in our lives.

We are firm believers that you have a moral obligation to share your story to inspire others.

Picture this…

Being 60 pounds overweight, having a fall out with your father, feeling ashamed, guilty, not worthy, and lost for many years.

This type of dark path one endures could really do a number on their future and to be honest, not a lot of people would recover from all this.

In episode 102, our relentless guest, Nicholas Bayerle, endured all the above, and came out on top.

How you ask?

One of the main driving forces was surrounding himself in an environment with uplifting and likeminded people to learn from their mistakes and to have their successes rub off on him.

Once Nicholas tasted the power of an uplifting environment, he has been like a freight train with his business, life, marriage, mission, and destiny.

Here’s what you will learn in the conversation we had with Nicholas:

  • How he overcame being 60 pounds overweight and the key lessons he learned during those dark times
  • Where the Billion Dollar Body originated and the powerful mission he has with it going forward
  • The power behind building a community and brotherhood
  • His biggest mentor and supporter, his wife, has pushed him and believed in him during the rough times in entrepreneurship

Quick story: We remember when we first got into being fitness coaches and how fascinating it was learning about flexible dieting.

The absolute control you could have with counting your protein, carbohydrates, and fats, and not feeling deprived with restricting certain foods was an absolute game changer.

Now imagine this…

What if you had a personal nutritionist in your back pocket?

Literally you pop out your phone from your back pocket, you’re able to get your dietary changes from a personalized nutrition algorithm, and thus you are getting great results within your fitness journey.

Sounds cool, right?

What’s awesome is we have 2 Rockstar guests for you in episode 101, Katie Coles and Mark Springer, Owners of Avatar Nutrition.

Avatar Nutrition is the new generation of nutrition and one of their main purposes and missions behind the company is to end the obesity epidemic.

Avatar Nutrition is a personalized nutrition algorithm that makes changes to your Macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats).

Here’s what you will learn on episode 101 with Katie and Mark:

  • Why it’s so important to stay focused on the mission, your why, and purpose behind your business
  • How a personalized nutrition algorithm compares to an actual online coach, RD or nutritionist and helping someone in their fitness journey and what are the pros and cons
  • The huge vision Avatar Nutrition has going forward to end the obesity epidemic
  • How flexible dieting saved Katie’s relationship with food and this created a passion to get it out to the mainstream
