Do you want to know how to IGNITE your lifestyle?
Specifically, your relationships, career, and well-being?
Let me dive into this a bit more with a story that will help…
When I was fresh out of college with my fancy degree in business-communications 😉
I put career goals at the forefront for a full year, put relationships in the back burner, and my well-being, was…ehhh… so so.
After a year of this hot shot college grad ego recipe of mine, I wasn’t happy.
Flat out!
And it was because I was just trying to IGNITE my career.
If I can do it over again, I’d IGNITE my well-being (both physically and mentally) first because without your health you can’t do anything.
Then I’d IGNITE my career and relationships because in order to TRULY be HAPPY and FULFILLED in life, I feel you need meaningful relationships and purpose from your career.
This is exactly why I want you to start IGNITING all those areas in your life, starting today!
I’m fired up about this because my friends Sophie and Adi, really hammered this home to Chris and me when we had the pleasure to sit and talk with them.
Sophie and Adi Jaffe are the founders and creators of IGNTD…IGNTD is their gift to the world, utilizing their expertise of physical and mental health, nutrition, exercise, neuroscience and self-actualization.
Their mission is to ignite everyone they work with across every facet of life, relationships, career, and well-being.

PICTURE This…
You gain 210 POUNDS IN A YEAR, LEAVE PLAYING PROFESSIONAL SOCCER, FACE THE VICIOUS BATTLE WITH ADDICTION, AND LOSE YOUR FATHER TO CANCER.
That is a lot of adversity for someone to face and overcome.
But, like I’ve discussed before, those that have gone through hell, have a special set of lenses that others don’t have, and I’m fascinated with their stories.
So, when Eric and I sat down and had a deep conversation with Noah Kingery, we realized his story is much deeper than an extreme 190-pound weight loss story.
He overcame all the above adversity and completely transformed his life.
Noah has also been featured in the “Doctors Show,” Bodybuilding.com,” “Men’s Health,” and “The New York Times.”
He’s now helping hundreds of people around the world through his nutrition coaching and impacting their lives.

If I travel back to 2012, one of the first business mentors I came across was Todd Durkin.
Todd said this to me…
‘Your Network is your Net worth”
Just read that out loud a couple of times and let it sink in 😊
What he meant was the bigger the network you have, will ultimately lead to a bigger net worth.
Because let’s say one day, you have a product launch, like a book release.
Besides doing everything you can marketing wise and spending money on advertisement, could you imagine the power of having 100 influential people in your network sharing the release of your book with their communities?
POWERFUL!
Probably even more powerful than spending a boat load of money on advertisement.
Another cool way to look at your network being your net worth is like a bank account.
The goal is to keep making deposits, which in this context means to keep being a giver and adding value to others.
Instead of…
Always making withdraws, which in this context means always being a taker and asking others to help you.
If you can have the patience, the giver mindset, and play the long game…your network will become your network!
That’s why Eric and I did a solo round podcast episode on this topic, we give 5 of our TOP ways to build your network, be a giver, and ultimately increase your net worth.
In THIS CONVERSATION WE HAD (insert link), you will learn:
• 5 of our TOP ways to have your network become your net worth
• How to make more DEPOSITS and be a giver instead of a taker and making withdraws
• 4 of our BEST stories revolving building our network
• Practical applications SO YOU CAN start building your network and net worth

Picture this…
You are lost in a forest.
You can’t figure out how to get out of the forest because there’s so many trees, clutter, and confusion.
You have 2 options:
A) You can continue to find your way out and most likely be stuck in the forest for days or weeks
B) You can get help and have someone in a helicopter guiding you through the forest to get out quicker
We don’t know about you, but we will choose option B all day.
This was an analogy Bedros Keuilian used during our CONVERSATION, we had with him.
He used this analogy when he was talking about people having blind spots and investing in mentors and/or coaches to see those blind spots, accelerate the learning curve, and to avoid mediocrity.
Fact of the matter is, everyone has blind spots and faces phases in life of hitting mediocrity.
The good news is, you don’t have to accept the blind spots or become mediocre.
In THIS CONVERSATION, you will learn:
• What working at Disneyland for 7 years taught him, the lessons he learned from there that carried over into his Personal Training career
• How Fit Body Boot Camp was born out of a crisis and how it became one of the nation’s fastest growing franchises
• The importance of mentorship and hiring coaches to overcome being mediocre and blind spots
• The incredible story behind Bedros taking off pieces of armor from battling all day to be fully present with his family

A mentor of mine once told me “Business is about solving problems and the bigger the problems you solve…usually the more impact you make.”
Comment below if you agree with this?
I definitely think this is true.
Another mentor of mine, Cole Hatter, just told Chris and I this when we were at his house interviewing him and his wife Sanja.
He told us this powerful story where he was on a billionaire’s yacht in Seattle, and to make the story short, he stepped out to solve a problem for his event that was coming soon, and the billionaire stepped out as well to solve a problem with his team.
Here’s the kicker though…
Cole was solving a $100 problem that was going to help thousands of people.
The billionaire was solving a billion-dollar problem that was going to help billions of people.
And what Cole realized was that the billionaire wasn’t working harder than him.
He was just solving a bigger problem.
So, the take home message Cole told us was, “you might as well go bigger and solve bigger problems to impact more people because the same work ethic and effort will go into it.”
That was just one-story Cole told us in our conversation we had with him and what was cool is he had his wife, Sanja, right beside him dropping knowledge bombs.
In THIS CONVERSATION, you will learn:
• How to solve bigger problems to help billions of people and Cole’s big ah ha moment when he figured this out
• Why using the 5 love languages (touch, gifts, acts of services, words of affirmation, and quality time) are great for relationships, team building, and work environments
• A teaser behind THRIVE V, the 1 speaker they’re trying to get on stage, and what to expect with their grand vision in the next 3-5 years
• Their next venture outside of the event space that will solve bigger problems and reach billions of people

If I travel back a decade ago, I was helping underprivileged high school students get into college.
I was a college access advisor and I managed a group of high school students, making sure they were passing their classes, applying to colleges, and basically being a mentor.
I absolutely loved it and would probably still be doing something along these lines if it weren’t for Dynamic Duo Training.
NOW, ERIC, ON THE OTHER HAND….
Your going to have to listen to our NEW podcast episode to find out 😊
But Eric and I are pumped for this episode!
This is our first ever Question and Answer (Q & A) Episode, after 130 episodes.
This is how it worked…
Last week we put a Q & A post up on Facebook, Instagram, and for our newsletter community.
We chose 10 awesome questions from our Rockstar listeners.
And we did a solo round podcast episode and answered them in detail.
In THIS CONVERSATION, we answered these 10 questions:
1) What does it mean to you guys to live with intent? What is your greatest life achievement?
2) When you started growing your business how did you find “your people” to surround yourself with?
3) During the first few years of your business what were some of the biggest challenges and how did you overcome them? In the first few years how did you build a following?
4) Who wins in an arm wrestling match?
5) What are your strength and weaknesses as individuals and how do you come together as one to make your business flow?
6) What are your favorite sports to play and watch?
7) How did you guys overcome the loss of your father? I have been dealing with a recent loss myself and need any advice possible.
8) How do you guys get through the dark times of Entreprenuerism?
9) What did you guys do as far as work before you started DDT and how did those skills carry over into it?
10) If you could travel back to senior year in high school, would you go to college all over again or would you have gone a different route?
This was honestly a ton of fun!

Do us a favor and just imagine this (it’s a true story by the way)…
Moving from the Middle East to the US when you are 5 years old.
You don’t feel like you fit in due to not speaking English and being from a different culture.
And to top it off, you stand out like a sore thumb.
You then go on to build a well-known and growing fitness business conference the past 5 years that’s making an IMPACT on thousands of fitness professionals’ lives.
Would you agree that’s a hell of a STORY?
A couple of weeks ago, we had the great privilege of speaking at RISE Fitness Business Conference in San Jose, Ca, to hundreds of fitness professionals.
And all thanks and gratitude goes to Khaled ELmasri for having us speak.
What’s funny is we got to pull Khaled aside on day 2 of the conference and had a conversation with him in our room for 45 minutes.
In THIS CONVERSATION, we discussed:
• His big WHY to start a fitness business conference because of his STRONG belief in the fitness entrepreneur will help end obesity due to the ripple affect
• His very first event 5 years ago, held in a local gym studio with 30 people and now his event being at the double tree hotel with 300 plus attendees
• How not fitting in most of his life and not getting recognition has FUELED him to make an impact in the fitness industry

Eric and I were having a conversation last week about our next podcast topic and we wanted to talk about sacrificing to get to the next level.
But, we didn’t want to just go back and forth about our own definitions of what it means to sacrifice.
Instead…
We want to share 4 of our top real-life stories on sacrificing to get to the next level.
We also, want to ask you…
What is it in your life that you want to SACRIFICE to get to the next level?
What do you need or want “to give up or willingly stop doing to get something more important?”
What do you need to SACRIFICE?
Examples could be bad habits, luxuries, TV, aimless scrolling on social media, etc.
I’m a big believer that if you want to get to the next level in your life, business, fitness, what have you…you need to make small, medium, or big SACRIFICES.

Let’s talk really quick about Lifestyle…
One of Chris and I’s main WHY behind our businesses is to impact others to live what we call a “Dynamic Lifestyle.”
It means to not be complacent or mediocre, to play big, take some risks, do what you ultimately love to do, share your unique gifts and talents with the world, and live a bad ass lifestyle!
You with me on this?
I’m excited to share this recent conversation we had with the awesome and talented, Emily Hayden.
In April 2017, we had the privilege to sit down with Rockstar, Emily Hayden.
She knocked it out of the park during our interview a year and a half ago.
But, Emily has grown so much the past year and a half and shared so many experiences, knowledge, wisdom, and exciting projects she’s working on with us.
What we really enjoyed about this podcast episode is it felt like a real and genuine conversation with Emily.
Almost like we haven’t talked in a year and a half and we were all catching up.
In this conversation, we discussed:
• Her amazing girls’ trip to Cabo and what she experienced, learned from it all, and why everyone should take a guy’s/girl’s trip
• Her biggest wins and losses of 2017 and how her biggest lost turned into her biggest win and how you can do the same
• Why implementing daily ingredients can help lead to a perfect life such as (praying, meditating, exercise, fun, etc.) and how you can start doing it
• The serious issue with people forgetting to live their life due social media over usage and why you need a planned break or daily cut off time with it

Are there times where you don’t feel very productive and just don’t get a whole lot done?
Truuuuust me when I say I have had those same feelings.
There’s been times in the past where I’d beat myself up for not scratching off every item on the “to do list.”
I’ve even popped off on Chris for not getting a few things done that we agreed on during our weekly meetings.
Poor guy!
Kinda…he is the baby of the family after all 😉
But on a serious note, we just had an incredible conversation with “The Worlds Most Productive Man” aka Craig Ballantyne!
In this conversation, we discussed:
• His perfect day formula, how you can do it, and why it leads you to feeling unstoppable in life
• The struggles he faced when transitioning from a personal trainer to now coaching others to create more income and impact
• Why everyone should implement “magic time” in the morning to lead to a more productive and perfect day
• How Craig used to take advantage of “the slivers of time” in-between personal training sessions and how it boosted his productivity

Remember the movie “Austin Powers?” Remember the movie “Austin Powers?”
The part when he travels back into a time machine to try and get his mojo back that Dr. Evil stole from him?
That’s how Eric and I felt the first six years of our business.
We literally made $250,000 worth of business mistakes and we wish we could travel back in a real time machine and get that back.
To be honest, about $200,000 of those mistakes, I can blame on big bro by 1 minute (Eric). Lol
All kidding aside, the truth is, we both were at fault for the $250,000 worth of business mistakes.
A lot of the mistakes were due to the following:
• We were impatient• Constantly chased shiny objects
• Always compared ourselves to others• Too stubborn to hire people to help us• We didn’t simplify things enough
• Our egos got the best of us
• We didn’t understand how to fall in love with the struggle
• And ultimately, we weren’t clear on our big WHY within our business.
So, after listing all those reasons that led us to losing $250K, we decided to have a face to face Conversation and share it with you, here’s what you will learn:
• Some of the biggest business mistakes we made that costed us $250,000
• Real life stories and lessons learned that we share from our business mistakes
• Practical steps on how to avoid the same mistakes we made

Are you a fan of the “Team No Sleep” or “Hustle and Grind” mentality?
Since social media has gotten so popular the past couple of years, there has been this trend that is being portrayed as cool and “In.”
And that’s the “hustle and grind” mode, the “team no sleep” mantra, blah blah…
We fell prey to this mentality and guess what, it back fired on us, led us to negatively affecting relationships, and ultimately leading to anxiety, being overwhelmed, and burn out.
It wasn’t until we looked in the mirror and realized that there was nobody else to blame but ourselves for this mindset and bad habits.
We also invested in a life coach that really helped us get clear on being able to manage our anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, and avoiding burnout.
The truth is, there’s nothing wrong with getting into a “Hustle and Grind” mode. But where people screw up is thinking they can do this 365 days out of the year and with no consequences.
In this solo round, we go deep into how we have managed all this and some amazing practical tips you can start today to avoid anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, and burnout.

We have a serious question for you?
Have you ever gone through a point in your life where you were having identity issues?
Maybe feeling lost, facing tons of adversity, and just not knowing what to do?
I know we’ve gone through this and we term it as “from hell and back” and that was six years of our lives from the ages of 18-24 where it was the darkest times of our lives.
But, we saw a light at the end of the tunnel and found a way out.
The truth is, we all go through this in life, whether it’s more frequent, or more severe, and to be honest, sometimes we just need to start from scratch.
It’s kind of like a house, there comes a time where you just have to tear the whole thing down and build it back from the ground up.
Well, in this awesome conversation, we sat down with Rockstar entrepreneur and philanthropist, Chris Harder.
Chris has an amazing story and background, coming from corporate America in sales, finances, and management.
He has a ton of experience, knowledge, and a huge heart to help change humanity.
In this Conversation, you will learn:
• The importance of being intentional with relationships as much as being intentional with business
• Why everyone should experiment with a mandatory one-hour barrier built into their day
• If you are stuck or trying to get to the next level, why its so vital to change your tribe and who you are listening to
• How Chris had his identity stripped from him due to his lowest point in life and how he overcame it

I want to share this formula I came up with that helped me get out of my fitness rut:
FLOW + FOCUS +TRACTION--Adherence & Consistency = Results & Fulfillment
After I figured this out, here’s how I started feeling within my fitness journey:
Completely immersed in what I was doing aka Being FOCUSED.
Completing task after task and taking massive action on everything aka Gaining TRACTION.
Creating inner clarity. Knowing what needs to be done and knowing the activity is doable.
A sense of serenity. No worries about oneself, and a feeling of growing beyond the boundaries of the ego.
Intrinsic motivation. Whatever produces flow becomes its own reward.
These are all feelings when being in a state of “Flow” and can be applied to your fitness journey.
Eric and I just had a conversation on all this in our NEW Podcast Episode, here’s why you want to listen:
• Why getting in a state of “flow” leads to being “focused” and from there you gain “traction” and that leads to increased adherence and consistency throughout the fitness program and thus you get results
• 3 Factors that play a role in getting in a state of “Flow” in your fitness journey (Environment, Sound Training & Nutrition Program, and a Strong Reward)
• Real life client case studies and how these 3 factors helped them in their fitness journey

Do you ever have that feeling of “what am I doing with my life?” Kind of like in high school, when people asked, “what college are you going to?”
I always hated getting asked “what college was I going to” during senior year.
I also struggled for a long time with constantly beating myself up about what am I doing with my life.
The turning point for me personally, was seeking my first coach in fitness. From there as the years went on, discovering my purpose in life became much clearer.
Discovering your purpose isn’t as easy as looking for your lost keys around the house and hoping to find them. It takes time, experience, experimenting, scratching itches you have, going through ups and downs, traveling, having coaches and mentors, etc.
In our NEW Podcast Episode, we sat down and talked to Stephanie Rowe, who helps people discover their purpose in life through her life coaching.
Aside from life coaching, Stephanie has a huge heart, loves giving back, has a background in business, marketing, sales, fitness, she’s an active YouTuber, and more.
In this Episode, you will learn:
• Practical and realistic tips on how to go about discovering your purpose in life
• Why it’s okay to not have a blue print in life and figuring out who you are, your identity, your gifts, all to discover your purpose
• Her thoughts on the importance of changing your mindset and perception on things in life to be more fulfilled and happy

I want to tell you a quick story…
About a decade ago, I remember how afraid I was to start our business Dynamic Duo Training.
I felt guilty because I had left my day job that consisted of helping underprivileged high school kids get to college because I created an incredible bond with them.
I felt insecure because I didn’t feel I had the knowledge to get people in the best shape of their lives.
And worst of all, I played small for so many years due to having a scarce mindset.
So, there you have it…I felt guilt, shame, had insecurities, and had a scarce mindset. Can you relate?
The past 5 years has really been the journey where I’ve overcome a lot of these feelings and emotions and a lot of it had to do with hiring coaches, seeking mentors, joining masterminds, believing in myself and unique gifts, and most of all, taking massive action to elucidate the fear.
What’s cool is we just had an in-person conversation with fitness professional, Jill Coleman. Jill had a lot of the same emotions and feelings as I did so we were able to relate a lot and have an amazing conversation that I want to share with you.
Here’s what you will learn in our NEW Podcast Episode:

What’s interesting is a lot of people think they have it easy and say things like “I wish I had their life.”
