Is it cool if I share a real story with you?

I kid you not, I said F$*K my health and fitness and almost gave up on it.

Back in 2013, when Chris and I competed in a bodybuilding show, we lost close to 50 pounds each, and post show, our hormones tanked, energy was down, confidence was low, and I wanted to quit on my health and fitness journey.

I thought to myself when I hit rock bottom in my fitness journey, is this all really worth it?

Luckily, I hired Eric Helms of 3DMJ, and he taught me the REF concept within exercise and nutrition.

REF means…Realistic, Enjoyable, and Flexible.

For the entrepreneur, busy professional, and high-performance business pro, time is always a factor when it comes to making health and fitness a priority.

I remember when I started hearing about UBER and LYFT, I was so stubborn and didn’t want to download the app.

Part of it was because I didn’t want to be like everyone else talking about it, using it, and following the latest trend.

But it wasn’t until I was stranded one night, I didn’t drive my car, my friends disappeared, it was too late to walk, and I wasn’t about to hitchhike…so I was forced to download the LYFT app, and the driver got me home safe and sound.

From there, I was using LYFT and UBER on the regular.

I’m telling you this story because I missed out on the HOTTEST trend due to my stubbornness and I don’t want you to do the same with the HOTTEST trend going on right now…

The HOTTEST trend on the market today is the rise of coworking spaces.

Think Wework, Spaces, and Blank Spaces, all amazing coworking spaces that are creating this HOT trend right now for small business owners, small companies, entrepreneurs, freelancers, etc.
