Tony Robbins was once asked…” if you could only give one piece of advice to someone, what would it be?”
He said “EXERCISE” because it compounds and affects other areas in your life!
We personally know how this compound affect works when you put your fitness, health, and physical body image at the forefront because we used to be 50 pounds overweight and were in PAIN.
This was due to putting our fitness, health, and physical body image on the back burner because we got “BUSY” or we wanted to make “X AMOUNT OF MONEY” or we would get back in shape when we completed “THIS NEXT PROJECT.”
As soon as we made that shift of putting fitness, health, and physical body image at the forefront we got more confidence, more energy, felt better in our own skin, got more focused within our business, grew our personal brand more, started networking, and much more.
You are in for a treat with this new episode and seeing the ROI you will get in business for being fit!

One of my favorite comedy movies is “Friday” and one of the famous sayings from it is
“BYE FELICIA!”
About a year and a half ago, we had to say “BYE FELICIA” to the awesome, talented, and down to earth, Felica Romero. See her first interview here
Side note: It was a good “BYE FELICIA” since we had her on the podcast, and it had to come to an end, due to time.
Hence, why we had her on the show again 😊
This past year and a half, Felicia has grown a lot and one of the main lessons she shared with us is the power behind creating seasons in life to be more productive.
What she meant was…
· There are seasons to be in the hustler mode
· There are seasons for learning and consuming
· There are seasons for not needing to push as hard, being easier on yourself
· And there are seasons to work on relationships, family, etc.
This was an amazing conversation we had with Felicia on creating seasons in life and much more.
In This Episode, You Will Learn:
· The WHY behind her new podcast “diet drop out” and how to create a healthier relationship with foods, dieting, and more
· How Felicia overcame her anxiety through her morning routine and how you can do the same
· How to regain focus by batching, time blocking, and renting a hotel room for 1 day to get shit done
· Her top skill she recommends is working on yourself and having more compassion and kindness in the world
If you want to know the POWER behind creating seasons in life to be more productive, then you’re going to really appreciate this conversation we had with Felica Romero.

Picture this…
You are just 22, and with no experience, you paint houses to pay the bills, but then you had a dream to own your own gym…
Entrepreneur Tom Hatten had a dream to start a health and fitness business.
He took his entire savings of $2000 and built Arizona’s leading fitness empire: 17 locations; 1,400 employees, and 95,000 active members.
But Tom’s real life 30-year journey isn’t just an account of growing a successful business; his true story takes us to heady highs and crashing lows (including bankruptcy, jail time, and a horrific personal tragedy).
That’s exactly why when we were in Scottsdale, AZ. Last month, we had to make a stop at Mountainside Fitness and talk with the amazing Tom Hatten.
It truly is incredible what Tom has done in his career and with Mountainside Fitness.
It hasn’t been easy for him, but he’s always managed to keep moving forward, and growing.
In This Episode, You Will Learn
· Some of the biggest obstacles he overcame to get his gyms running, to stand out, and be profitable
· Why small gym owners should consider an online platform for their studios to make more money, retain clients, and expand
· The importance of focusing on the customer experience and how to differentiate yourself as a small gym owner
· Why you’ll have to call on passion and loving what you do when times get tough as a small gym owner
If you are a personal trainer, fitness professional, or a gym owner, you’re going to really appreciate this conversation we had with Tom Hatten.
